# 4. 財務
## 概況
2018年收入約18萬元，支出約17萬餘元，提撥準備金2千元後，結餘約8千元。相關報表（依[社會團體財務處理辦法](http://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?PCode=D0050097)編製）請參閱本章節各段，經2019年度會員大會同意後送主管機關內政部備查。另，經會計師簽證之財務報告書請參閱〈[4.1 會計師簽證報告書](https://apatw.gitbooks.io/report2018/content/chapter4/41.html)〉。
2018/2017年度決算差異主要為人事費增加，因聘僱1名全職人員所致：
2019預算與2018主要差異為，在現有資源下尚無法依巿場行情給薪，因此全職人事費用未能反映真實成本，計入專案人事成本後（聰明公益資訊平臺之工程師及工讀生費用）仍偏低。除此之外，辦公費用增列人事查核費60,000元，為會計師查核財務報告之公費；業務費用則因為維持協會之知識競爭力，且參考2018決算，研究發展支出增列1萬餘元。
綜上，為維持收支平衡，2019收入預算目標為35萬元。
資產均為現金及銀行存款，約31萬元；負債則主要為應付款項約8萬元；基金已自行指定提撥6千元業務準備金，其餘均未受限制。
準備金期初為4千元，2018年提撥2千元，結餘為6千元。
2018年有一位專職人員。
