協會業務執行狀況及社會影響，本章節將以三方面呈現：

* **整合及傳遞資訊**：辨認重要資訊、促成利害相關人之間的理解，例如運作資訊平台、研究影響力評估等。
* **倡議利害相關人**：針對利害相關人就公益議題加以說明、協助理性討論，例如撰寫媒體專欄、公部門諮詢及演說等。
* **培力公益組織**：介紹國內外相關知識、提昇公益組織能量及專業，例如撰寫文章、課程及諮詢等。
