## 會務報告

台灣公益責信協會於2014年獲准成立，人民團體基本資訊可於[內政部公益資訊平台](http://npo.moi.gov.tw/npom/homepage/detail/282958214)查詢；協會[章程](http://www.apa-tw.org/node/108)於2014年3月經會員大會通過，尚無修訂記錄；2018年將辦理法院登記，以進一步取得社團法人資格。

[線上捐款機制](http://www.apa-tw.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1\&id=1)於2018/3測試完成，正式上線，年度募款目標相關說明請詳〈[4. 財務報告](https://apatw.gitbooks.io/report2017/content/chapter4.html)〉。

2018/3開始，除理事長余孟勳全職投入、綜理事務外，另增聘1名專案經理，負責「[聰明公益資訊平台](http://www.smartdonor.tw/)」的維護運作及行政庶務等。

## 理監事會

2017/3已選出第二屆理監事，2018/3理事余宛真辭任、由何蔓荊遞補，請詳[最新理監事名單](http://www.apa-tw.org/node/51)。

2017未領取任何薪津酬勞。
