## 會務報告

因改選理監事，本會於  2020/10 完成法院變更登記，請參閱[法院公告](https://www.judicial.gov.tw/tw/cp-144-301826-2b94b-1.html)。

2020 年入會 1 人，目前個人會員 44 名、團體會員 1 名。

2019 年中進駐[台北 NPO Hub](https://g.page/NPOHUBTaipei?share)，現有 3 固定座位。

## 理監事會

2020/6 已選出第 3 屆理監事，任期至 2023/6，請詳[最新理監事名單](https://www.apa-tw.org/node/51)。 

2020 年理監事未領取任何薪津酬勞。

## 最近一年會議記錄及重要決議

* 2020 年度會員大會（2020/6/14）：承認工作計畫及預決算／選舉理監事 / 委託會計師財務查核／新增會員。
* 第 3 屆第 1 次理監事會議（2020/6/14）：選舉理事長、常務理事及常務監事 / 原理事長余孟勳卸任理事，改聘任執行長。
* 第 3 屆第 2 次理監事會議（2021/3/14）：承認工作計畫及預決算／同意召開會員大會／委託會計師財務查核。
